Bachelor Nation star Kaitlyn Bristowe fans are shocked after sharing revealing details about his headspace.
Bristowe, 40, took to Instagram on Sunday, February 8, to share a series of disturbing photos including a candle that had been smashed to the ground, with her wearing a medical gown and tears streaming down her face. She captioned the carousel, which blocked comments, with a subtle but poignant message.
“Humor helps, and I believe I’ve been handling a lot of things with grace, but … I have to be honest. I feel really down, challenged, stuck, and hard on myself. I just had a really big breakup,” she wrote. “I don’t want sympathy, just sharing. I’ll get over it.”

The post came hours after the reality TV star, who became famous as a contestant Chris SouleTime of Bachelor in 2015, she shared a hilarious Instagram video that captured her dancing in the midst of a travel disaster. “When border control quietly takes 10 days off your work visa and now you’re forced to leave the country. Jazz still holds,” he wrote in an earlier video.
“And I just got my powers back. See you soon in Toronto,” he continued. “I missed the wedding and 8 podcasts, but if I need anything I’ll dance with a curveball.”
