Law Roach Stirs Debate Over Zendaya, Tom Holland’s Marriage Revelation

Without attending or even being nominated, Tom Holland and Zendaya managed to be two of the most talked about celebrities after this year’s Actors’ Awards – and we have Law Roach to thank.
As I’m sure you know, Law is Zendaya’s longtime stylist and one of her closest collaborators. And on last night’s red carpet, she revealed in no uncertain terms that Tom and Zendaya are married. (!!!!!!!!!!!!
After Access Hollywood asked if she could share anything about Zendaya’s upcoming wedding appearance, Law cheekily replied: “The wedding already happened. You missed it.”
The reporter was understandably shocked, saying, “Is that true?” And Law replied with a big laugh, “It’s quite true. Yes.”
As you might expect, Law’s claim has sparked a lot of excitement online. But it also prompted people to question his decision to share such vast information with the world.
Of course these are valid words, but let’s think about the context here…
First, Law and Zendaya don’t have a typical client/stylist relationship. Law has been dressing Zendaya since she was 14, meaning they’ve worked together for more than half of her life. And what they say about each other, I think they should see each other as family, not colleagues.
Plus, Tom and Zendaya are also one of the most secretive A-list couples I can think of, so it wouldn’t be out of place for them to announce their engagement with a ton of flashy photos and a load of public pranks. (As much as we’d like that!)
History may even suggest that it is their choice to have their relationship updates shared with the public through their inner circles. For example, when speculation began that Tom and Zendaya were engaged in January 2025, it was Tom’s father, Dominic, who finally confirmed the milestone via a Patreon post.
Then a few months later, in May 2025, it was a memorable act that gave updates on the wedding and managed the expectations of the fans, he said during a podcast interview: “Maybe it will be a wedding dress that no one will see.”
“They’re trying to be as private as possible, so, there won’t be a Vogue spread, or there won’t be, you know, wedding photos,” she continued. “The people he will invite will really respect their privacy.”
With all this in mind, I think we can probably assume that the red carpet revelation of the Law was agreed in advance to ensure that the release of Tom and his wife Zendaya will not cause a huge uproar for the notoriously private couple. Notably, the two will be back in the spotlight this year to promote several major projects, both together and separately.
In this TikTok comment section of Law’s red carpet interview, many fans agree with this idea, too.
Of course, we will never know for sure, but I trust the judgment of the Law – not only in choosing clothes to kill, but in knowing when and how to spill the tea.
So, I predict that in a few weeks, when Zendaya starts promoting again Dramaher new film with Robert Pattinson, she will simply refer to Tom as her husband during the interview, and the timing of Law’s comments will make perfect sense.
Until then, we’ll have to wait and see!
