Cascios Family Claims Michael Jackson Has Been Incarcerated For Years
Edward Cascio, Dominic Cascio, Marie Porte, and Aldo Cascio filed a lawsuit against the Michael Jackson Company, accusing the organization of child sex trafficking, fraud, and coercion. In this case, they say that the pop star has been doing the alleged acts for years, starting when some of them were only seven or eight years old. The siblings said Jackson would intrude into their lives by showering them with gifts and giving them access to his lavish lifestyle. After that, it is said that he would separate them from their families before torturing them for years.
The indictment lists numerous allegations, including allegations that he directed the siblings during international and domestic travel, taking them to places such as Switzerland, Florida, South Africa and the United Kingdom. Edward Cascio alleges that Jackson assaulted him inside Elizabeth Taylor’s home in Switzerland and Elton John’s home in the United Kingdom. The Cascios also argued that Jackson tried to justify the abuse by showing them pornographic images of naked children. Additionally, the family claims that MJ frequently uses drugs such as Xanax and Vicodin.
The Cascios approached Jackson’s estate after watching the 2019 documentary ‘Leaving Neverland’, which led them to seek compensation. TMZ notes that each of the siblings reportedly collected $690K, per year for five years, but now considers that amount insufficient. Their lawyer, Mark Geragos, reportedly went to Los Angeles last month in an effort to cancel the deal. However, MJ’s lawyer, Marty Singer, backtracked and accused the brothers of trying to defraud the late singer’s group.
