Us Weekly can confirm that Chrisley, 36, was arrested in Georgia on Saturday, May 23, for DUI, attempting to elude police, improper passing, reckless driving and speeding. In Georgia, DUI is partially protected meaning that a person can face drunken driving charges even if their blood alcohol level is less than 0.08 percent.
The Cherokee County Jail confirmed that the former reality star was booked that night and released after posting bond on Sunday, May 24.
The Cherokee County Jail confirmed Chrisley’s bail was set at $1,355 for DUI less safe, $680 for improper passing, $565 for reckless driving and $2,006 for speeding.
Chrisley later broke down in a statement, telling TMZ, “I got lost speeding and passed a car on a two-lane road because they almost hit an animal and I was trying to miss hitting them and any animal.”
Chrisley noted that he plans to “fight this case.”

Court documents obtained by Us Weekly noted that Lindsie and Landsman were in a relationship for about two years until he was arrested in April on charges of harassment, strangulation and assault.
The two allegedly had an argument, and Landsman was “out of control” because of the picture he found on Lindsie’s phone. Landsman reportedly “apologized for his behavior” but became “angry and nasty” again.
Landsman allegedly “choked” Lindsie “multiple times.”

Landsman called authorities to make a report about Lindsie, according to the 911 audio obtained by TMZ. Authorities later met with Lindsie at her home and examined her for “injuries to her neck and head.”
“The law enforcement officers have noticed that [Lindsie] he had bruises on his head from being thrown to the ground and had spots [Lindsie]”neck due to strangulation,” the documents read.
The documents also detailed an earlier incident involving Landsman allegedly holding Lindsie “down” before “putting her foot on her ankles so she couldn’t walk.” Lindsie said Landsman choked her “multiple times.”
Neither Landsman nor Lindsie have spoken publicly about the claims.
