Rumer Willis she is very “fun” in her current stage of life – and her happiness has come down to her physical appearance.
“In an interesting way, I feel like it’s the outside look as well [proof of the inner work],” Willis, 37, explained during the Monday, May 18, episode of “The Inside Edit” podcast “I’m hotter than ever.”
I Reasonable Doubt the actor clarified that his hot appearance has nothing to do with any work he has done.
“That’s not because I’ve had a lot of plastic surgery. I don’t even get Botox anymore, I wish,” Willis said with a laugh. “That’s why I have all these lines on my forehead when I talk.”
Willis revealed, “My face has, in fact, changed physically from the spiritual work I’ve done. It’s been crazy.”
She admitted that her face is thinner than before she had her daughter, Lou, in April 2023, but it’s all because of the mental changes she’s made.
“Actually, I didn’t do anything other than that [spiritual work]. I think I was kind of hiding,” Willis said. “I was kind of like, ‘Don’t see me. I’m not pretty.’ I kept repeating that to myself.”

Willis welcomed her and her boyfriend at the time Derek Richard Thomas‘ first child, Louetta “Lou” Isley, in April 2023 following a home birth. “She is pure magic 🌱,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “You are more than we dreamed of ✨.”
The couple, however, called it quits the following year after two years of dating.
“I’m doing it alone and raising kids,” Willis wrote on her Instagram Story in August 2024, confirming her split from Thomas. “I’m so thankful for Lou. You’re the best thing in my life.”
He added, “I’m very thankful that I was able to have time in that relationship for him to come into my life.”
Like Rumer, who is the ex’s oldest daughter Demi Moore again Bruce Willisshe is dependent on being a single parent, she didn’t shy away from saying it like it is.
“I just had a good cry in the woods. Some days it’s hard being a single mom,” she wrote on her Instagram Story in November 2025.[My daughter] it’s not (always) difficult but some days doing everything by yourself can be.”

Rumer got real about her evolution as a mother and woman when she appeared on “The Inside Edit” podcast, telling her friend and co-host, Maeve Reillythat “he is beginning to feel his strength returning.”
“I work really hard, and I show my child. It’s a great honor to be a mother. It makes me very happy,” Rumer explained in Monday’s episode, noting that during the past eight months “she has been feeling confident and feeling herself back” after her breakup.
Now, Rumer is ready to date, but only when the right man comes along.
“If I meet a boyfriend who doesn’t want to have children, I’m sorry, I have to leave,” he said. “Or someone who isn’t willing to grow up and is interested in being self-centered and that kind of thing. Sorry, buddy.”
