Brooks Nader’s wardrobe opens a few minutes before the FOX Upfronts

Brooks Nader suffered a wardrobe malfunction before his big moment.
The 29-year-old model and actress attended the 2026 FOX Upfronts in New York City to promote the “Baywatch” reboot, and avoided a wardrobe malfunction while on the red carpet.
She shared a picture on her Instagram stories standing in front of a mirror in a small room with the back of her dress completely open at the back and her white lace underwear showing tears.
“When you take off your dress 4 minutes before show time!!! Classssssicc,” she captioned the photo, adding two laughing emojis.

Nader followed up with another photo of himself being sewn into a dress, captioning the photo, “We have 4 angels sewing me back into this sucker.”
The Sports Illustrated model later appeared on the red carpet at the event wearing a red mini dress with a halter neckline, similar to the red she and the other “Baywatch” lifeguards wore on the show. She kept the accessories to a minimum and wore her hair in loose curls.

In the new iteration of the show, Nader plays Selene, one of the captains of the Zuma Beach Lifeguards. While she told Extra on the red carpet at the premiere that being cast in the role was “a small moment,” many fans were not happy about her participation in the reboot.
Critics flooded social media with doubts about the reboot’s casting, with some calling it “influencer casting, not casting” and slamming the project as a “JOKE” with “bad actors,” after it was announced as part of the cast.

“I think the times are different, and everyone is multi-hyphenate now. And you can be both an actor and an influencer and have an impact,” said Nader. the Daily Mail in March. “And the beauty of the culture that social media has created.”
He went on to explain that “we all have platforms now” that weren’t there when the show started, meaning “people can use their voice now,” which can “bring a vibe to the show.”
Besides Nader, hosts Noah Beck and Livvy Dunne will also appear on the show in different ways, which Nader said will “only help” the show in the end.
The original show aired for 11 seasons from 1989 to 1999 and starred David Hasselhoff, Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, Nicole Eggert, Donna D’Errico and many more.
