“As the people around us start to look like their iPhone Memojis, perhaps the greatest act of rebellion is to do nothing. But I’m a blasphemer about that. What we need as a culture is group therapy and transparency, people talking about how painful it is to be out of control,” he wrote. “We need to fill our world with sticky notes that remind us of what’s real. Regardless of your current age, you’ll never be any younger than you are right now. Look, you’ve only grown a second. So stop deleting pictures of yourself that you don’t like anymore, because 10 years from now, even a bad picture of you is a good thing. And while you’re at it, don’t be out of touch with who you are. Stop.”
