Kyle Richards‘daughter Sophia Umansky going under the knife for a breast lift following her recent weight loss.
Umansky, 26, and Richards, 57, documented their arrival at the surgery center in a video shared on Instagram on Wednesday, April 29. Richards explained that her daughter was undergoing surgery by the same surgeon who performed a 2022 mastectomy.
“I love him and I respect him, and I’m not going to trust anyone else to operate on my child,” she told the camera. “I’m not a fan of implants. I’ve never had implants. I still haven’t, and I’m so glad Sophia isn’t getting implants.”
The video then shows Umansky changing into scrubs, a shower cap and a robe as he waits for his doctor. Then she took a pregnancy test, which Richards noted was a normal procedure.
“I told her that we will go with a new uterus or the baby will come. (Umansky’s test was negative.)
Umansky also took “before” pictures before going into surgery.
Umansky previously shared her breast lift plans in a TikTok video on Tuesday, April 28.
“I’m getting my bowels fixed,” he said, adding that he was “very happy” with the process.
“I just got a lift. I don’t get implants or anything,” the TV actress explained.
Umansky explained that he had been on Mounjaro, a GLP-1 injection, for the past year and “lost a ton of weight very quickly.”
“Then I gained weight again, and now I feel like I’m starting to, like, weigh, like, the perfect medium,” he continued. And because of my fluctuating weight, my girls just don’t sit where I want them to.

Umansky added that she wasn’t sure “how high” she could make her chest without implants, but her surgeon offered to remove fat from her hips and put it in her breasts to give it more volume.
“I feel like I need a little something,” he commented. “I know that doing this will make me more confident in my body, and that’s always the goal. Obviously, if I end up getting fat off the waist, I’ve heard that’s the most painful part, so I’m a little nervous about that part, but other than that, it should be an easy recovery. Anyway, I’m really excited, and I’ll let you know how.”
Aside from the breast lift, Umansky said she was disappointed in her lips, which is a permanent cosmetic tattoo that improves shape, color and definition.
“I heard that, they like to peel, peel, so I will bandage and peel the lips,” he concluded. “So, I’m going to be really good next week, but I’m still going to introduce myself with lips and lips and everything. Wish me luck.”
