Shannen Doherty Estate Settles Legal Battle With Ex-Husband

In newly filed court documents sent on Tuesday, March 24, obtained by Us Weekly, Doherty’s estate and Iswarienko, 51, have “agreed to settle their differences” regarding the pending lawsuits.
Doherty and Iswarienko had been separated for about a year before his death in 2024. “This matter continues as an uncontested action,” court documents obtained by Us read, in which Doherty also waived rights to alimony payments, adding, “I willfully waive any right to receive spousal or spousal support.”
Doherty and Isawarienko were married from 2011 to 2023.
