Shocking images showing the 2023 conflict have been leaked Taylor Frankie Paul again Dakota Mortensen that led to Secret Lives of Mormon Wives the arrest of a star.
TMZ released a clip on Thursday, March 19, that shows Taylor, 31, throwing multiple chairs at Dakota, 33, during their altercation. Taylor’s attorney spoke about the video, telling TMZ, “It’s sad to see the latest in his relentless, heavy-handed, attention-seeking, hurtful campaign to hurt Taylor without regard for the consequences to their child. Releasing an old and specially edited video on their son’s birthday is a shameful attempt to disrupt his behavior.”
The statement continued: “Thankfully the public has seen this act before and knows who he is and sadly, many will see this pattern of deception, both in his actions on the show and in their personal experiences.”
Before the show premiered on Hulu in September 2024, Taylor and Dakota began dating following her divorce from husband Tate due to the high profile “slight change” sex scandal. After almost a year together, Taylor was arrested in February 2023 for domestic violence.
Taylor was eventually charged with aggravated assault, two counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child, child abuse with injury and criminal mischief after the incident. Taylor pleaded guilty six months later to aggravated assault, and the other four charges were dismissed with prejudice. He reached an agreement to plead with her the following month.

Dakota told Daily Mail in an interview at the time that Taylor would never hurt anyone “intentionally,” adding, “She’s a good mom, she’s going through a lot of issues in her life right now.” Taylor has been struggling, it’s been a tough year for him. [over] his cheating scandal cost him his marriage.”
He elaborated on the “Viall Files” podcast in June 2025. “That was a really scary thing that night. You want to talk about being, like, in a situation where, ‘What are you doing?’ It was like that,” he recalled. “I took a video because I didn’t know what was going to happen, my truck was in the garage, I couldn’t get out, I tried to walk, it just got worse.”
Dakota said Taylor was “absolutely hammered,” adding, “When we got into the house, it just turned into something really bad.”
Recently, news broke on Monday, March 16, that Taylor’s show Secret Lives of Mormon Wives production was halted on season 5 after Taylor and Dakota were involved in a separate dispute over alleged domestic violence. A spokesperson for the Draper Township Police Department confirmed that there is an open “domestic assault investigation” involving the pair, saying the allegations were “made on both sides.”
The reality star broke her silence about the situation in an interview Us Weekly.
“There’s a lot of context to everything, and it’s unfortunate,” Taylor said exclusively Us on Tuesday, March 17. “It was difficult, and it doesn’t feel good to be in this position.” And the mother that I am, that’s what I will always stand for.
He continued: “The headlines at the moment are very difficult to see because that is not true.
Taylor noted that it was “unfortunate” to see the news hit the headlines ahead of her Bachelorette season 22 premiere, adding, “It’s another premiere that was taken away from me. I’ve never been so excited about a premiere for any of my shows. So it was really sad.”
