Season 4 of the hit Hulu series, which premiered in March 2026, showed the weeks leading up to Taylor’s move to Los Angeles in season 22. The Bachelorette. News later emerged that the filming of season 5 of Mormon wives It was put on hold after Taylor and Dakota were involved in a domestic violence dispute. A spokesperson for the Draper City Police Department confirmed that there is an open “domestic assault investigation” involving Taylor and Dakota.

While talking to Us – which happened days before a police report was filed about the alleged incident – Taylor opened up about her situation with Dakota.

“That’s a good question,” he said. “I don’t know if I should always ask myself that question, I don’t know where we stand, I’ll ask tomorrow.

In a pre-recorded segment that aired during the season 2 finale of The Golden Bachelor, Taylor Frankie Paul spoke to her. Jesse Palmer about the contestants.

“They’re all amazing, which made it all the more difficult,” Taylor said at the time. “If they weren’t the best it would make it easier to get rid of them, but they’re good guys and there’s chemistry in them.

Taylor noted that not every applicant was the same.

A source confirmed the production was “shut down” in season 5 of Mormon wives following a domestic dispute between Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen.

“Mormon wives throw [is] scared to do a movie with Taylor right now,” a source told us exclusively, noting that “the women have made it clear they don’t want to be with him because they see him as a big deal.”

According to an inside source, Mormon Wives “believes that Taylor is in a better place” after filming her season of The Bachelorette and that their Hulu reality show was “going in a different direction.”

“Now, many of them feel that they have passed the point of dealing with this kind of behavior and they don’t want to be put in that position again,” the source continued.
